Hey, just stumbled across your blog and am loving it – we eat meat but I’m trying to incorporate more meatless meals, so I’m looking forward to trying some of your recipes. After all, anyone named Anna has to be trustworthy in the kitchen

I came across your blog from weekly bites. So glad I found it! While I am not a vegetarian, I have cut down on meat overall and have not had red meat in about 3 years. I am always looking for more meatless recipes! Looking forward to reading more of your blog.

Hi, Anna! I was a regular reader last year (when I was vegetarian myself), then lapsed into my regular meat-eating ways. Somewhat recently, I’ve determined that meat is just not for me…like you, there will be time when I want it, but I’m just going to have to say no and maybe find a suitable substitute. I’m not sure why I ever stopped reading, but I’m back and looking forward to following your blog again:-).
