13 Ways of Looking at a Taco
Morning! How’s yours going?
On the one hand, Huntsville has decided to reward us with 5 straight days of sun, which is nice after all that rain we had.
On the other hand, one of my students turned in a poem this morning entitled, “13 Ways of Looking at a Penis.”
So there’s that.
Last night, I went to hot yoga while Ryan put the kiddo to bed. I was feeling a little tight from that run earlier in the weekend (I know, so sad), so it felt great to stretch it out for an hour.
When I got home, Ryan had dinner waiting (he’s quite the catch, isn’t he?):
Taco salad with ground beef (something we rarely eat, but we bought some this summer and froze it, so we needed to use it up before it got too freezer-burned), shredded cheese, lettuce, peppers, tomatoes, salsa, rice, guac, and chips.
YUM.
Gotta get going—we have a lot to do today. We’re *thinking* about moving in the next six months or so, and our real estate agent is coming by to check out our house this morning. Then we have errands to run, and then I teach tonight.
Sigh. Back to the grind!

Just houses! The house we bought when we moved here is feeling smaller and smaller with each month as Lila grows bigger and bigger.

Yes, Ryan is definitely a catch. He needs to train Nick a bit. Although Nick did say he’d cook for me on my b-day next week. What a charmer!
