Hey guys! Happy Tuesday to you!

I promise I’ll give you my thoughts on Eat, Pray, Love tonight—I’m running late, so I gotta get out the door, or I won’t have time to eat lunch!

Honey Crisps!!! Woo hoo!  My absolute favorites.  Welcome back, my love!

Off to mold young minds.  Today is our first day of workshop in my creative writing class, which is always a bit chaotic.  Wish me luck!

    Guacamole is one of my weaknesses, but surprisingly I’ve never made it myself before.

    I better fix that.

    Oooh, I love HoneyCrips, too! I have also recently fallen for Tentation apples. Are there are any apple orchards near you?

      Ooh, I’ve never heard of those!!! We do have orchards near by…I”m hoping for an apple-picking day sometime in the near future. What about y’all? We should find one that’s halfway between the two of us and meet-up!

      Yep, I always make my own guac with lime juice, cilantro, and a little red onion. So easy!

    Hm…I looooooooooooooooooooooove your food today! Honey crisp are hands down, the best apple variety. I remember where and when I had my first one…it was life changing, I tell ya! :) And guac sammie…another love of mine. I luuurve avocados!

    Awesome guac creation, there’s never enough guac. :-) Ah, apples and pumpkins scream fall to me and I can’t wait for Apple Hill season to start here.
